Julie Rogers Biography
.
Julie Rogers studied and received her BA from Brigham Young University. She enjoys painting professionally and teaching part time at Dixie State College in St George, Utah. She has won several awards, such as the Best of Show & People’s Choice Award and the ASCA International Art Show first place award.
